This stylish restaurant, with its crab cakes and shrimp & grits, was well remembered. Sitting near the corner of Augusta and Faris roads, South City cranked out its signature dishes for several years. Those potatoes were wonderful, too. Lowcountry food styles are welcome in Greenville and it’s sad South City didn’t make it.
