Questions and Answers:

Our Tees and the Printers

We offer Small to 2XL sized T-shirts. We use Next Level 3600 and Bella + Canvas 3001 t-shirts for all of our short-sleeved designs. The literature reads they run a little bigger than others in its price range. I would disregard that claim. We have yet to find a blank tee that runs bigger than its normal size. We use Gildan 2400 for our long-sleeved t-shirts. They have a nice thickness/feel with cuffed sleeves. Some claim it runs smaller than usual. Keep that in mind when ordering. Also, if you see a tee you want that doesn’t offer a long-sleeved version send us a note on the contact page and we’ll try to make it happen.

The printing process we used is called DTG or direct-to-garment. The shirts are not screen printed. The equipment sprays the ink directly on the shirt for more color and detail. Short sleeved shirts are printed by Monster Digital. They are located in Miami Florida and have several other printing locations in the U.S. and one in Mexico. They have a high rating as a printer, offer 15 different colors and they usually have it ready in 1-2 days. The long sleeves are printed by SwiftPOD located in California. They have printing facilities in VA, TX, NV, CA and Mexico. They, too have a high rating and offer 16 colors.

For a S-XL short-sleeved tee it’s 23.99. 2XL is 25.99.

For a S-XL long sleeved tee it’s 25.99. 2XL is 26.99.

Just the Logo designs are 22.99 for S-2XL.

Shipping

Shipping is free.

We cancelled the shipping charge because weren’t confident with delivery times. This is not the fault of the printers. We didn’t want to charge you with shipping if we couldn’t provide a date for US Mail delivery. 90% of the time, you’ll have the shirt in a week. The rest might be few days late. Occasionally, the shipping status isn’t updated promptly with the tracking number. Please contact us if you have any problems with shipping.

Our Designs

Our collection of vintage Greenville businesses, theaters, car dealerships and others have been found in old phonebooks, news clippings and other paraphernalia. Some designs are rough around the edges to show that decades old charm they bring about. If we have to add or replace text, we filter it to look older. Other images are more refined with extra detail. If you have a question, please fill out the form on the contact page. (Or copy the email address and send it a different way.) Email is the best way to begin a conversation.

Design Categories

Our Website Navigation: For a desktop or laptop computer, design categories on the website are nicely placed directly on top and on the left. The online design for our website is different. You can use to categories at the top or scroll right to left through the categories. The page labelled Store where you start shopping has every single one of our designs in one page, Click through the categories to narrow your search. We added an easy access Site Map for quick category reference and link.

We have a boatload of different vintage designs. We also have many shirts related to Greenville, surrounding towns and attractions… Swamp Rabbit Trail to Paris Mountain. You can find that in the Local & State Tees section. The section entitled Some Other Designs is everything unrelated to Greenville or SC. We don’t display all of our inventory at once. Our boat load of designs will be rotated through the year. Also, some of our content may be for mature audiences.

Charity

We give our irregulars, mistakes, discontinuations, printing errors and free tees to Miracle Hill in Greenville. Some of these donations are DTG shirts from Sticker Mule. (When we were just getting started, we used their great work as a reference for our designs.) The others on 100% polyester t-shirts were printed with a sublimation printer. A fun and fast home process that isn’t feasible for our model.
